Shaft and mounting customization

To ensure optimal compatibility with the customer's design, we offer advanced customization of both shaft and mounting. This includes special profiles, adjusted tolerances and robust material choices that ensure reliable operation even in demanding environments. Examples include custom shaft dimensions, keyways, threads, special flanges and customer-specific mounting plates.

Certifications

We provide the certifications needed to ensure that products meet international requirements. This covers CE, UL and RoHS certificates as well as documentation for traceability, material safety and electrical standards. Certifications can be tailored to industry-specific needs such as medical technology, automation and the automotive industry.

Documentation (customer-specific)

We produce detailed, customer-specific documentation that supports installation, quality assurance and project delivery. This includes technical drawings, 3D models, test reports, material data and installation guides. Documentation can be adapted in format, language and structure to meet the customer's internal requirements.

Labels

We offer custom labels featuring the company logo, serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes and technical information. Labels are available in a range of materials, colors and durability classes depending on environmental requirements such as UV exposure, chemicals or moisture.

Color

The product can be supplied with a special paint finish or surface treatment to customer specifications. This includes both aesthetic color choices and functional coatings such as corrosion protection, heat-resistant paint or color coding for identification.

Full customization

We offer complete solutions in which the product is developed entirely to the customer's unique requirements. This covers the design of motor, mechanics, electronics, wiring and documentation, resulting in a fully tailored product ready for series production.

Mounts & mounting plates

Custom-made mounts, plates and brackets that ensure correct, vibration-free installation. We adapt hole pattern, thickness, geometry and material based on drawings or functional requirements.

Insulation class

We offer insulation class customization based on heat generation, environment and application. Options range from standard classes to high-temperature insulation for continuous operation in harsh environments.

Cable

We tailor cable type, insulation, conductor cross-section and protection level to electrical and mechanical requirements. This includes temperature rating, chemical resistance, flexibility and standards for different industries.

Cable length

Cable length can be tailored precisely to the installation to avoid excess cabling and simplify assembly. We also offer bundling, marking and special packaging.

Cable type & insulation

We offer a range of insulation materials, including PVC, silicone, PTFE (Teflon) and PUR, to strike the right balance between flexibility, temperature resistance and chemical resistance. Customization is based on mechanical load and environmental requirements.

Chemical & corrosion resistance

Products can be fitted with surface treatments, seals and materials that withstand chemicals, salts and other corrosive substances. Suitable for industrial environments such as marine applications, laboratories and production involving aggressive substances.

Connectors

We offer a wide range of connectors from brands such as Molex, JST and AMP, as well as customer-specific solutions. Connectors can be supplied pre-assembled, tested and labeled for plug-and-play installation.

Cooling system

Cooling can be optimized with air cooling, fan modules or liquid cooling depending on power and operating profile. Customization options include heat sinks, fan dimensions and thermal design.

Bearings & bushings

Bearings and bushings are selected based on requirements for service life, load, noise level and duty cycles. We offer ball bearings, plain bearings, ceramic alternatives and special materials for extra durability.

Laser engraving

Permanent laser marking provides highly precise and durable identification. It can be used for logos, serial numbers, Data Matrix codes and technical markings on metal and plastic.

Service life optimization

By combining the right materials, bearings, lubrication and cooling, we can significantly extend the product's service life. Optimization is based on duty cycles, loads and environmental conditions.

Noise reduction

We offer design modifications such as tighter tolerances, balancing, vibration damping and material choices to reduce operating noise. Ideal for noise-sensitive applications.

Material selection

Materials are selected based on requirements for weight, strength, chemical resistance, heat and mechanical load. Options include aluminum, steel, stainless steel, composites and engineering plastics.

Mechanical

General mechanical customization covers dimensions, tolerances, geometric modifications and special parts. We optimize the design for function, assembly and service life.

Environmental protection (temperature, moisture, dust, vibration)

The product can be sealed, insulated and protected to meet demanding environmental standards. This includes IP rating, temperature resistance, moisture barriers and vibration protection.

Mounting method

We offer customization for different mounting standards: flange, foot, bracket, integrated mounting or a customer-specific solution. This ensures seamless integration into the application.

Marking

Marking can be done using labels, laser engraving, color coding or embossing. This includes product information, serial numbers and customer-specific ID systems.

Performance

Performance can be optimized by customizing windings, magnet materials, gear ratios and electronics. The focus can be on torque, speed, efficiency or response time.

Protection functions (overcurrent, thermal, EMC)

Motors can be equipped with built-in overcurrent protection, thermal switches, sensors and EMC filters for maximum safety and operational reliability.

Voltage & current

We adapt our products to different voltage levels and current requirements, including DC and AC variants as well as special voltages for customer-specific systems.

Motor control

Control systems can be customized for PWM, analog control, digital protocols or special electronics, enabling precise control of speed, torque and position.

Test reports

We provide detailed test reports with measurement data, functional checks, quality results and verified operating values based on customer requirements.

Speed customization

Speed can be adjusted through winding selection, electronics or gearing, and is optimized to match the operating conditions precisely.

Vibration damping

To minimize vibration, we offer balancing, damping materials, improved geometry and special bearings. Ideal for precision and noise-sensitive applications.

Torque & starting torque curve

The torque curve can be tailored to deliver the right starting torque, acceleration and load capacity. Customized through winding, magnet design and control.
